In Jan 2024, we launched a fundraising appeal in support of a brand new rescue boat for the charity for rapid deployment during a live-stranding event. The need for this equipment has been evident for some time now, and the additional vessel will greatly enhance our current activities.

As of 9 Feb, we are doing extraordinarily well with funding, largely as a result of a grant of £10,000 from LUSH Charity Pot and some other small Trust funds, and we are currently very optimistic we will reach our target with funding from other grant applications presently under consideration :-)
